The following information relates to the processing of your personal data. Please note that in this privacy policy, "Yeah Media/RY Direct" refers to Yeah Media/RY Direct, who own and control this website. What information do we collect and what do we use it for? At Yeah Media/RY Direct, we collect information about you when you use our site. This includes when you register to enter competitions, or where you vote on the Yeah Media/RY Direct site. Yeah Media/RY Direct collects and processes your data as users of our site in order to enable you to enter promotions and competitions and to vote on line. Yeah Media/RY Direct does not intend to collect or process sensitive data.

Sharing information

The data, or parts of them, may be shared with:

• the Yeah Media/RY Direct companies, any companies belonging to their groups, or any successors to such companies;

Yeah Media/RY Direct uses "cookie" technology exclusively in order to obtain information on the use of our website which may be used in an aggregated and anonymous form for statistical analysis on the use of the web page and to allow the functioning of some services which require the user's route identification by different pages of the website (backstage, shopping cart). Should you choose to enter the Yeah Media membership contest, you agree not to engage in any deceptive or unlawful trade practice and acknowledge that your relationship with Yeah Media is that of a contestant. You recognize that there are no governed territories and that all signed up members hereafter are considered Yeah Media members. Furthermore, if you choose to engage in any marketing or promotion of the Yeah Media service outside the Yeah Media membership contest you must receive written consent from Yeah Media.
